  • Modong’s in Medellin. Zully made me try this (tasty) soup that contains minced cow stomach
  • Pechuga a la plancha. Boring as hell maybe, but chickenfillet with some salad has become a fav lunch. Light & tasty
  • Mussel Ceviche in Panama, hecho en shell ! We ordered a couple I remembered


  • Ceviche de Peru as eaten in Cartagena, best made with Corvina.
